We are an established Domiciliary Care Agency registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010.
For many people the question about domiciliary care does not arise until there is an urgent need. Finding that we or a loved one suddenly needs a carer can catch us by surprise. You may think that we have to make a stark choice between living self-sufficiently, without care, or going into a residential home.
I started my care with 2 carers twice a day coming in to help me due to a brain injury, with the fantastic help from the carers at Chenai I was able to drop down to just 2 carers coming just once a day. Now I do not need the carers at all. Thank you for all your help in getting me back to being independent.
I have 2 carer coming in to help me 4 times a day, the carers are so flexible if I have a hospital appointment I just give the office a call and the ladies there inform the carers I’m back home and they come to me as soon as they are able.
I have 1 carer that comes in 4 times a day, I get help with my personal care and with my household chores. I think the carersare fantastic as they are always so helpful.
I have 2 carers that come into me 4 times a day, they help me with several things. This helps my husband have a little time for himself to do things he needs to do. The carers are fantastic and very helpful. We would be lost without them
